We view financial transparency as the foundation of any successful project. Our billing structure is designed to support the intensive creative engineering that defines KODA Studio.
Standard Billing
Commencement
A standard 50% deposit is required to initiate production. This ensures resources are allocated and timelines are secured for your project.
Final Delivery
The remaining balance is settled upon milestone completion. Final assets and technical handovers are released following the verification of funds.
Late Settlements

Invoices past 7 days are subject to a standard administrative late fee.
Service Continuity
Prolonged billing delays may impact production timelines and asset access.

Should there be any discrepancies regarding your invoice, please contact our accounts team within 24 hours of receipt. We prioritize quick and transparent resolution.
