Communication Standards
Response Times
To maintain project momentum, we request feedback on technical milestones within 48 hours. This ensures that production schedules remain aligned and on track.
Feedback Rounds
Standard project scopes include structured review cycles. Extensive revisions beyond the agreed scope will be evaluated and billed as additional production time.
Project Continuity
Notice of Inactivity
Projects with no client feedback for 7 consecutive days may be placed on temporary hold.
Project Resumption
Resuming a project from hold is subject to our current studio availability and production queue.
Technical Standards
The studio maintains high technical standards for all deliverables. Final assets are delivered in industry-standard formats upon project completion and final settlement.
