All original concepts, visual designs, and technical architectures developed by KODA Studio remain the sole intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise specified in an active project contract.

Usage & Licensing
Limited License
Clients are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose. This license is activated upon full settlement of all project invoices.
Prohibitions
The reverse-engineering of our proprietary technical frameworks or the unauthorized resale of design assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
